We can register domains for clients of our website design and marketing work or alternatively if you’re not ready to proceed with your project we can register it on your behalf until you are ready to proceed.

The best domain names are:

  • Short
  • Contain the company name
  • Include main keywords that potential clients may search on*
  • Memorable, and off course should be available

*Although having your main keywords within your domain name is beneficial to natural search engine optimisation (SEO), this should not be the only criteria for choosing a domain name.

When registering domains for clients we always ensure that you are not charged;

  • A transfer out fee
  • A fee for changing the DNS (domain name server) settings

And that your domain name information is not passed onto 3rd parties for spamming.

We don’t recommend using any of the 'FREE' domain services that are available with many ISP's, hosting packages or some designers. You’ll find there are hidden charges, high, transfer out fees, poor service and the DNS records are sometimes badly setup.

Should I register a domain name now?

Each domain name in the world must be unique - only one company, organization or family can register and utilize a specific domain name.

There are very few restrictions on domain name registration; in some countries anyone may register a domain name.

As a result there are thousands of domain names being registered daily, there is a possibility that if you do not register your domain name now someone else will.
